Re: SPECIAL MEETING ANNOUNCEMENT

Dear Holly Moose Lodge #1168 Members,

    The Holly Moose #1168 Board of Officers is requesting your presence at a Membership SPECIAL MEETING on Tuesday, March 12, 2024 at 5:00 pm regarding the interest of expanding our Holly Moose Lodge. We are asking for your input and questions, as well as, a possible motion made to pursue a purchase of property in the hopes of expanding our existing lodge. 

   Our current situation is that our Holly Moose Membership has grown by over 20% since the 2022 fire (we currently have over 1,600 members). The seating capacity of our lodge is routinely pushed to the limits on a weekly basis.

    It is our goal to pursue the possible purchase of an adjacent space (south of us) in order for us to expand the kitchen & dining area into that space. For this to happen, we need your approval. Thus, the reason for this SPECIAL MEETING announcement.
